It depends on OS. If you're running XP try here:

MOD: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\mods
MAPS: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\usermaps
